Hermann Park Mini-Train
Open to the Public

Mayor Bill White joined Hermann Park supporters and members for the first ride at the Hermann Park Railroad, which officially opened to the public March 8, 2008.

The train will operate from a temporary structure serving as the ticket window while Lake Plaza is under construction. Three new substations serving the Museum District, and the Hermann Park/ Rice U and Houston Zoo/Memorial Hermann METRO Rail stations are scheduled to be complete by Memorial Day. The final expansion of the track to the MacGregor/Fannin corner will also be complete by this date.

Look for white ticket trailer and white tent.
Open 7 Days a week, 10 am - 6:30 pm
